Your sizes are too big. I usually wear between sizes 9 1/2 - 10 depending on the shoe itself. I ordered the size recommended by your website, and they are way too big for my feet. Now I have to go through the headache of returning them to you (and at some cost to me I'm sure) to maybe get the correct size.

I would like to return all items. Although the shoes feel comfortable the toe box is not wide enough for my feet. I will not be able to wear them.
They take away some pain but not all. Not much different than other shoes I have bought.

My first pair of shoes was a size 10.5. When I went to order a second pair only sizes 10 and 11 were offered....So I ordered a 10, and I am finding they are really not quite long enough.

Website says shoes will deliver in 5-12 days. It’s been two weeks and I’ve emailed support asking why the shoes have not even shipped yet. Keep getting told they will look into it. Asked for a refund and was told no. If you’re dealing with foot pain and hoping these will help, just go to the doctor. My feet are so much worse in the last two weeks waiting for these shoes and no end in sight. Already paid for by the way.

I tried shoes on. First off.. I ordered a 10.50 - 11 size. I felt like I was wearing clown shoes. They're way too big. My feet were sliding all over in the shoes. I felt like there was no arch support in them. By the time I got off my feet, my feet hurt worse then when started. I'm sorry but just not for me. Would like to return and get money back.
