The one thing that you should offer is the stick by your policy of returns with a refund. I ordered a size 8 1/2 shoe as a gift and the shoe that I received has to be two sizes larger than an 8 1/2 tried numerous times to get information on where and how to return the shoes that are the wrong size for my refund and I get no reply from the company they say satisfaction guaranteed but where’s my satisfaction of being able to return the shoes that are incorrect size

Orthora Footwear return policy and system is worst. I bought 2 pairs and wanted to return because of fitting issues. I approached Orthora Footwear customer service and was told to ship the shoes to China, although it was bought in USA, and online sales does not mentioned that return will have to be shipped to China. Anyway I was given China address for return. This is a scam guys. I agreed and shipped the shoes by USPS and shared the tracking# with Orthora Footwear. It cost me $60 shipping cost. Orthora would not refund me even after 10 days, claiming that the parcel is at the Chines customs, only after threatening to take legal action I got a refund. Never buy from this vendor, it’s dubious and not honest on its policy of return or its claims.

Love these shoes. They are true to size and wear well. I am on my feet all day and these are my go to. They are fairly light weight but do have a heavier bottom with a slightly lifted height. I wear them for a variety of occasions and have purchased a second pair in a different color as well.

My podiatrist suggested that I purchase a feet friendly sneaker due to my multiple issues, she made brand suggestions but I found these and tried them. They are super comfy and have great support. They were a bit loose but these sneakers come with 2 spacers for each shoe. You can add one, both or neither. I added the thicker one and it adjusted my shoes perfectly. I also added the included arch support to one of my shoes and it is a game changer for me. The only almost negative thing I have is that the tongue being secured to the shoe on one side is strange but I think it only takes getting use to. It is nice that you can easily slide your feet in and not be concerned with the tongue moving. I will order these again. I was expecting another pair of shoes that over sold the product finding this was described really well.
