If I could give lower than one star, I would this company does not stand behind its guarantee or it’s offered to exchange. I ordered two pairs of shoes and eight and an 8 1/2. I’ve never had an eight be so huge. The pictures show where the top of my foot comes on the size 8, and I am an eight or an 8 1/2 in every other shoe and have been for 20 years not only will they not exchange the shoes to give me a smaller size they refused to refund my money and won’t give me any instructions on how to send the shoes back they just keep offering to give me a coupon or a voucher for$ 14.95 so I can send them more of my hard earned money and they can send me a pair that actually fits so they say do not do business with this company. They are dishonest. They’ve been emailing with me for the last month trying to get me to agree to buy their new shoe and refused to exchange or refund me for the two pairs of shoes that I have that are huge and are too big for all of my friends even.

Shoes were much bigger than the 8.5 that I ordered previously. They were at least 2 sizes larger. The also are cut differently than the previous ones I ordered and the material seems cheaper. I recommended these to my mother and she ordered some too. Same problem. Her size 7's actually fit my 8.5 foot. And the quality was so bad, she doesn't even want another size. I am very disappointed after liking my previous order so much.

Stop posting false advertisement. You stated that it would not be a problem for returns. I bought a size 11 which was entirely too big my foot was slide all around in it I contacted company twice, first my reply is to send measure my foot and send it in and they will send me another pair I'm asking for a return label to send this back and they said that they didn't want them back but now I'm stuck with sneakers I can't even wear I don't even have nobody in my family this foot is a size 11 extra wide. False advertisement is not acceptable. Make sure you have the right size.
