Summary: Your order number is in your order confirmation email.
Right after you place an order, we send a confirmation email titled "Your order is confirmed!" Your order number appears near the top and starts with # (example: #123456). If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder, or search your inbox for "Orthora". Still can't find it? No problem. Contact us with the name and email address you used at checkout and we'll look it up for you.
