How do I measure my feet?

Summary: It only takes a few minutes with a sheet of paper, a pen and a ruler or tape measure.

  1. Tape a sheet of paper to a hard floor, pushed into the corner of a wall.
  2. Wearing the socks you'd usually wear, stand on the paper with your heel touching the back wall.
  3. Have someone trace around your foot, holding the pen straight up. If you're tracing it yourself, keep your weight on that foot.
  4. Measure the length in a straight line from your heel to the tip of your longest toe. That isn't always your big toe.
  5. Measure the width across the widest part of your foot, usually just behind your toes.
  6. Repeat with your other foot. It's normal for them to be slightly different, so go by the larger one.

Tip: measure at the end of the day, when your feet are at their largest.

Send us both lengths and widths in cm or inches, and we'll recommend your best size. You can also find our size chart on each product page, just above the size selector.
