Summary: Supportive shoes can take a few days to feel just right.
Supportive shoes and insoles can feel different from what you're used to. Try wearing them for short periods at first, a couple of hours a day, and build up over 3–5 full wears. If they still feel too tight, too loose, or uncomfortable, contact us with the length of both feet and we'll help you find the right fit. If you have any pain, please stop wearing them and let us know.
