We pack and hand orders to the courier quickly so you get your shoes as fast as possible. Once a package is shipped or at the courier pickup center, it's in the carrier's network and we can't pull it back or change it. Your tracking link will show its progress. When it arrives, try the shoes on, and if anything isn't right, contact us and we'll help.
